AI Guide Pass
Day Pass: unlimited use for 24 hours after purchase. Yearly: unlimited for a year, renews automatically.
A new account gets one free Day Pass when it starts its first hike, once per person.
New phone or reinstalled the app: sign in to the same account, then go to Me → AI Guide Pass → Restore purchases.
To cancel the yearly plan: Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions on your iPhone.
Account
Once you sign in, your hike records, tracks and certificates sync, so they follow you to a new phone.
To delete your account: Me → Account → Delete account. See the privacy policy for details.
Something wrong in a narration
When signed in, tap ⋯ at the top right of the narration card and choose Report a problem to tell us what is wrong or mispronounced.
